# Team

Cadabra Finance project belongs to Nominex Limited group of companies, which also includes two other projects: nominex.io (centralized exchange), nomiswap.io (decentralized exchange, operating since 2022). 

In December 2024, it was announced that the centralized exchange Nominex, which had been operating since 2019, would close. It was decided to fully focus on projects in the more promising DeFi direction, and at the moment the entire team is focused on the project <https://cadabra.finance>.&#x20;

Throughout the history of work on the crypto market since 2019, the Nominex team's projects have never been hacked or had funds stolen.&#x20;
