🌠Bounty and Initial community distribution

Cadabra will distribute ABRA tokens as rewards to the community members who have helped or contributed to the building of Cadabra ecosystems.

The Cadabra Point (pABRA) is created to measure the contribution of the community members in establishing and expansion of Cadabra protocol.

How Cadabra point works

We would like to fairly distribute our tokens by measuring the pABRA that each community member owns. For example, say a member who owns 2000 points will receive approximately twice as much as the member who owns 1000 points. All rewards will be delivered in the form of our utility ABRA token.

The process of distributing ABRA tokens (airdrop) will take place approximately 3 months after the official launch of the Cadabra project. The team is going to distribute a fixed number of ABRA tokens - up to 2.5% of the total supply. Additional restrictions can be found below.

How to obtain Cadabra Point (pABRA)

The original intention of designing Cadabra points is to motivate the community members to participate in all activities and help Cadabra become a strong community and platform. Also we as Nominex team (we are developers of Nominex, Nomiswap and Cadabra platforms) would like to encourage NMX token holders too.

Community members can obtain Cadabra points in these ways:

On-chain activities:
1. Keep liquidity in Cadabra protocol (Strategy activities).
2. Be a referrer (inviter) or referral (Referral program activities).
Social activities:
1. Complete Zealy quests (Zealy quests).
2. Speak and be active in social networks (Achievements).

Please note that the bounty reward pool is divided on 2 sub-pools:

On-chain pool is 90%, including Strategy activities (1) and Referral program activities (2)
Social pool is 10%, including Zealy quests (3) and Social activities (4)

Any multiple wallets are stricly prohibited to avoid referral fraud:

Only one referral link is allowed per person
Self-referrals are not allowed

Cadabra Platform reserves the right to identify such cases and apply restrictions.

Monitoring of results

Every community member is able to see the current results and track his/her achievements on Cadabra Bounty page.

Bounty rewards pool

Bounty rewards pool is up to 2.5% of the total supply (1), capped at no more than 10% of the USDT value of all non ABRA assets in Protocol Owned Liquidity (2), the rest will be burned or used as a Liquidity Incentive pool. It means that there are 2 limitations: the first one depends on a dedicated airdrop pool in TGE (Token Generation Event), the second is the size of Protocol Owned Liquidity in the form of non ABRA assets.

Protocol Owned Liquidity (POL) is an important part of our deflationary tokenomics and the deflationary flywheel. At the start of the project, initial liquidity only belongs to the Cadabra protocol and consists mainly of ABRA tokens. ABRA tokens are placed at multiple price ranges - thanks to Uniswap V3 platform where we run our pools. Every time any purchase of these ABRA tokens happens, the POL tokens balance changes - the number of ABRA tokens decreases while other tokens increase. The USDT value of these other tokens will be used to calculate how many ABRA tokens will be airdropped. USDT value of airdropped ABRA tokens can not be more than 10% of the USDT value of all non ABRA assets in POL.

Example

On the end of the Bounty program (when airdrop happens):

Let's assume ABRA price is 2 USD.
Protocol Owned Liquidity is 10m USD, USD value of all non ABRA assets is 40%.
(1) 2.5% of the total supply is 333 333 ABRA (666 666 USD)
(2) 10% of non ABRA Protocol Owned Liquidity is 400 000 USD (200 000 ABRA)

So 200 000 ABRA will be distributed in the bounty program as a minimum of both amounts of ABRA.

Cadabra team may have intention and has the right to change the airdrop supply any time before the airdrop happens if the number of participants will be less than expected.

Rules of getting Cadabra Point

Only community members who passed qualification will obtain ABRA tokens on the bounty distribution.

There are mandatory prerequisites to receive ABRA by your pABRA:

You need to keep at least $100 equivalent for 10 days minimum in any Cadabra strategy.
Your wallet is registered on Cadabra platform and Terms of Use are signed-on.

Keep liquidity in Cadabra protocol (Strategy activities)

We believe that the best way to add value to both the community member and the platform is to make your funds work and generate passive income. Therefore, the majority of pABRA will be allocated to on-chain activities such as providing liquidity to Cadabra strategies. Each deposited $10 brings 1 pABRA per day. The amount of deposited USDT is calculated based on the asset price at the time of deposit/redemption. It is important to highlight that we implement some kind of "whale" protection in an on-chain pABRA pool. It works as a decreasing coefficient depending on the significant amount of deposited funds.

Whale protection

We use the following formula to calculate the reduction coefficient (factor) when receiving points:

f = 1.875-1.75/(1+exp(-(USDT-100)/100000))

Here are examples of calculating coefficients when placing certain amounts in strategies:

100 USDT, f = 1, this means you get pABRA as is without reduction.
1 000 USDT, f ~ 0.99, your pABRA received will decrease by 1%.
10 000 USDT, f ~ 0.95, your pABRA received will decrease by 5%.
100 000 USDT, f ~ 0.59, your pABRA received will decrease by 41%.
1 000 000 USDT, f ~ 0.125, your pABRA received will decrease by 87.5%.

Strategy multipliers

The strategy is a set of smart contracts that work with assets combined into groups and perform automated actions to maximize profits. Each strategy has a safety score and of course the riskier strategy should be worth more points, so the following multipliers will apply and increase your potential pABRA received:

Multi-strategies bonuses

We also welcome everyone to try out as many strategies as possible - we provide one-time bonuses for that. A rule similar to the qualification works here - keep at least $100 for at least 10 days:

Next strategy bonus - 100 pABRA per each next strategy tried: you receive it when you pass the strategy’s qualification, you can work with the strategies at the same time or one by one.
All strategies bonus - 500 pABRA: you receive it when you pass the qualification in any 5 strategies.

Example

Day 0:

You send $200 into Conservative BNB Strategy for 20 days (1.5 as multiplier).

Day 10 - you get 300 pABRA:

You receive 300 pABRA: $200*10 days*1.5 (multiplier) / 10 (for every $10 per day you get 1 pABRA).

You pass the Bounty program qualification because you keep 100 USDT equivalent for at least 10 days.

You pass the 1st strategy qualification

Day 20 - you get extra 300 pABRA:

You receive 300 pABRA: $200*pABRA*10 days*1,5 as multiplier / 10.

You move $100 into Conservative USD Strategy for 20 days (1 as multiplier).

And you also move $100 into Conservative ETH Strategy for 20 days (1.5 as multiplier).

Day 30 - you get extra 450 pABRA:

You receive 250 pABRA: 100*10*1 + (100/10)*10*1,5/10.

You pass the 2nd strategy qualification and receive 100 pABRA as Next strategy bonus.

You pass the 3rd strategy qualification and receive 100 pABRA as Next strategy bonus.

Then you invest an extra $1000 into Conservative USDT Strategy for 60 days.

And also you invest an extra $1000 into Conservative USDС Strategy for 60 days.

Day 40 - you get extra 2950 pABRA:

You receive 2250 pABRA: 100*10*1/10 + 100*10*1,5/10 + 1000*10*1/10 + 1000*10*1/10.

You pass the 4th strategy qualification and receive 100 pABRA as Next strategy bonus.

You pass the 5th strategy qualification and receive 100 pABRA as Next strategy bonus.

You receive 500 pABRA as All strategies bonus.

Then you move $200 (invested on Day 20) to Conservative BNB Strategy for 50 days (1.5 as multiplier).

Day 90 (end of the Bounty program):

You receive extra 10750 pABRA: 1000*50*1/10 + 1000*50*1/10 + 100*50*1,5/10.

Final total for the whole period: 300 + 300 + 450 + 2950 + 10750 = 14,750 pABRA

Please remember, that participating in strategies you also receive standard yields generated by these strategies.

Referral bounty program

Building your own team is very important for everyone to increase passive income. We try to help along the way - being a referrer and referrals on the Cadabra platform is profitable. If you want to know how to get general Referral rewards please read this section.

Extra pABRA points for referrers (inviters)

Additional points are awarded from all earned qualified referral's strategy points:

20% from first line referrals’ strategy pABRA points.
10% from second line referrals’ strategy pABRA points.

The referrer receives these points and sees them on the website, but if any of the referrals do not qualify before the end of the Bounty program, then such referral points will be removed from his earnings in Final calculation of results.

Example

If you are referrer and:

You earn 5000 strategy points in total and you have passed qualification.
You are a referral of someone and your referrer has passed qualification too.
Your 1st level referral earns 4000 strategy points and pass qualification.

Then:

You receive extra 1050 pABRA:
- as referrer: 800 pABRA from 1st level referral (20% of 4000)
- as referral: 250 pABRA (5% from 5000)
Your 1st level referral receives extra 200 pABRA (5% from 4000)

Extra pABRA points for referrals

Referrals receive an additional +5% on their strategy points if the direct referrer is qualified.

Example

If you are referrer and:

You earn 5000 strategy points in total and you have passed qualification.
You are a referral of someone and your referrer has passed qualification too.
Your 1st level referral earns 4000 strategy points and pass qualification.

Then:

You receive extra 1050 pABRA:
- as referrer: 800 pABRA from 1st level referral (20% of 4000)
- as referral: 250 pABRA (5% from 5000)
Your 1st level referral receives extra 200 pABRA (5% from 4000)

Complete Zealy quests (Zealy quests)

Building a strong community is very important for the Cadabra platform. Help us in this mission completing the tasks in Zealy and your Zealy XP will also be automatically converted into extra pABRA. Conversion will be performed at the end of the Bounty program but you can monitor an estimated pABRA amount on the Cadabra website. Final amounts of earned on-chain and converted social points should keep in the 9 to 1 proportion. It means that, on each 9000 on-chain pABRA, we deliver 1000 social pABRA. In other words, we allocated 10% from the Bounty rewards pool for social points. See example below to clearly understand.

Example

Total earned on-chain points - 9,000,000 pABRA.
Total earned Zealy XP - 100,000.
You earn 100 Zealy XP and your share is 0,1% among all earned XP.

Then:

The pool for social rewards is 1,000,000 pABRA (proportion is 9 to 1).
You receive 1,000 pABRA as 0,1% of the pool for social rewards.

Final calculation of results

At the end of the Bounty program we will run a calculation algorithm and sum up all the points. Please find sequence of executing:

Reset all points of those who did not qualify.
Award pABRA for activity on social networks for those who have qualified.
Award additional points to owners of NMX farming levels who have qualified in Cadabra on-chain tasks on a general basis.
Calculate the pool of rewards for the bounty program in ABRA tokens.
Distribute and credit ABRA tokens to bounty program participants.
