Yield from Strategies (ABRA)

Cadabra offers both passive and active yield opportunities

Cadabra acts as an aggregator of yield sources by combining trusted and profitable protocols, such as AAVE or Curve, into strategies and investing funds on your behalf. When depositing, users receive LP tokens, which represent their share of the strategy's liquidity.

Participation in voting is not mandatory to earn yield in a strategy, but voting provides additional opportunities for earning.

Yield from investments in a strategy is distributed in the form of utility token ABRA. The APR of strategies depends on the share of ABRA allocated from the emission to that strategy and the amount of liquidity within the strategy.

USDT/ABRA liquidity pools offer an additional earning opportunity in the form of a holder bonus. Details are provided in the following section.

For example, if the weekly emission is equivalent to $10,000 then 20% of users voted for the Stablecoin strategy, and the strategy TVL is $1,000,000, then in the next epoch (7 days), the contributors of this strategy will receive $2,000 in ABRA tokens, and APR is 10.8%.

It's important to note that the share allocated to each strategy in the ve(3,3) tokenomics model depends on voting results, meaning that the APR may change weekly, and the final annual yield may differ from the APR of a specific epoch.

Depositing in a strategy provides a form of passive yield. You choose a preferred asset, assess the level of risk, and deposit in the appropriate strategy. You start receiving ABRA tokens as a reward immediately.

You can use earned ABRA to enhance your rewards through locking and voting:

• Receive a share of the collected UPR

• Influence the APR of the strategy where your liquidity is held

• Receive rebase rewards on locked ABRA tokens

1. Select a strategy based on:
        - Expected yield (APR of the strategy)
        - Preferences in assets and their derivatives
        - Security level
2. Make a deposit in any token; it will be automatically converted to strategy tokens
